Please read these terms carefully before using the F5 Global Talent website and services. By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the F5 Global Talent website, contact and apply forms, WhatsApp business interactions, and Facebook integrations (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by the F5 Global Talent team.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use the Services. By applying you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when applying or contacting us.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience.
  • Do not upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services.
  • Do not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purpose.

4. Applications and offers

Submitting an application does not constitute an offer of employment. F5 Global Talent makes no employment guarantees outside a written, executed offer letter from an employer partner. We review every application and respond when there is a match.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, design, and source code are owned by F5 Global Talent or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or claim ownership of any part of the Services without prior written permission.

6. Your content

By submitting a resume, message, or other content, you grant F5 Global Talent a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use that content for the purpose of matching you with relevant opportunities and operating the Services. You retain ownership of your content.

7. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party platforms including Facebook (Meta), WhatsApp Business API, and email providers. Your interactions with those platforms are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, F5 Global Talent disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, F5 Global Talent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless F5 Global Talent and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or are using the Services in a manner that may harm us, other users, or third parties.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
