F5 Global Talent (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

1. Who we are

F5 Global Talent is a recruitment and talent-services brand operating in India and the Philippines, helping individuals build long-term careers with global opportunities. This site is operated by the F5 Global Talent team.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us as well as information generated automatically when you use our website and services.

  • From the apply form: name, email, phone, current country and city, years of experience, professional links (LinkedIn, portfolio), uploaded resume, and the career path you are applying for.
  • From the contact form: name, email, phone, subject, and message.
  • From Facebook / WhatsApp integrations: public profile, name, email, phone number, conversation history, and messaging opt-in records — only where you have explicitly granted permission.
  • Automatically: basic site analytics (pages viewed, browser type, referrer, IP-derived country). No third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use your information

  • To review your application and match you with relevant career opportunities.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide candidate support.
  • To send transactional messages by email or WhatsApp about your application or interview process — only after you initiate contact.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
  • To improve site performance and user experience.

4. Lawful basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit a form or message us), our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment service, and where required by law.

5. Sharing your information

We share your information only as necessary to operate the service:

  • Hiring partners — by submitting an application you consent to F5 sharing your profile with relevant employer partners during the matching process.
  • Service providers — email and messaging providers (e.g. Gmail SMTP, WhatsApp Business API, Meta) that process data on our behalf.
  • Legal obligations — when required by court order, regulator request, or applicable law.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

Your application data is retained for up to six months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted unless you ask us to keep it longer or you become an F5 partner. WhatsApp conversation history is retained for 30 days unless required for an active recruitment process. Anonymised analytics may be kept indefinitely.

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and India’s IT Act), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data (email privacy@f5globaltalent.com)
  • Withdraw consent for ongoing communications at any time
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities
  • Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority

8. Cookies and tracking

We use minimal first-party cookies for site preferences and basic analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. If we add a Meta Pixel or Google Analytics in future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — HTTPS in transit, restricted access controls, and a documented response process for any incident. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage you to keep your account credentials private.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete the data.
