About this role
You will implement and customise Zoho CRM for clients end to end — running discovery, translating requirements into Blueprints, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and automations, connecting Zoho to other systems via APIs, webhooks, Make.com, or Deluge, and delivering testing and client training. This is a hands-on build role for someone who has personally configured Zoho CRM on real projects — not a CRM user or data-entry role.
What you’ll do
- Run discovery with clients and translate requirements into Zoho CRM configuration.
- Build Blueprints, Workflow Rules, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, and automations.
- Connect Zoho CRM to other systems via APIs, webhooks, Make.com, or Deluge.
- Design layouts, custom modules, and Reports & Dashboards.
- Deliver UAT, testing, and client training on completed implementations.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience personally building inside Zoho CRM — Blueprints, Workflows, and automations on real projects.
- Experience connecting Zoho CRM to other systems and handling data flow and failures.
- Ability to run client discovery and translate business requirements into Zoho configuration.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Reliable availability during UK business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK).
Nice to have
- Deluge scripting and custom functions.
- Zoho Creator apps and the wider Zoho One suite (Desk, Books, Analytics, Campaigns).
- REST API / Postman experience.
- Client training delivery experience.
