About this role
This is a full-time, remote role based in India or the Philippines for a Vibe Coder / AI-Assisted Full-Stack Developer. You will work directly with the client as an independent contributor, owning full projects from planning through deployment, and turning business ideas and workflows into working software: custom web applications, internal business systems, scheduling and booking applications, Google Calendar integrations, internal portals, custom dashboards and AI-powered automation. The role combines strong full-stack development fundamentals with practical use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code and GitHub Copilot. You will write, review, debug and optimize both AI-generated and hand-written code, keeping it secure, scalable and maintainable, and you will handle frontend and backend development, API integrations, database design and management, AI-powered features built on LLM APIs, and end-to-end deployment and maintenance. This is not a no-code or prompt-engineering role: genuine programming ability and the ability to own projects independently from planning through deployment are required. A portfolio of 2-3 live applications or GitHub repositories you built yourself is strongly preferred.
What you’ll do
- Build custom web applications, internal business systems and AI-powered solutions from scratch
- Work directly with the client to turn business ideas and workflows into working software
- Develop frontend and backend features with React or Next.js and Node.js, Express.js or Python
- Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Supabase or Firebase)
- Build REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and JSON integrations, including Google Calendar
- Implement user authentication and authorization
- Build AI-powered features with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude
- Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to speed up development
- Write, review, debug and optimize AI-generated and hand-written code for quality, scalability, security and maintainability
- Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel, AWS, Render, Railway or similar platforms
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience in software development, full-stack development or application development
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying applications or internal systems from scratch
- Full-stack web application development (frontend and backend)
- JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS
- React or Next.js, and Node.js, Express.js and/or Python on the backend
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Supabase or Firebase
- REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON integrations, and user authentication and authorization
- AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar), ChatGPT, and OpenAI or Anthropic Claude API integrations
- Git and GitHub version control, and cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, Render, Railway or similar)
- Ability to build complete applications from scratch independently
