About this role
You will run several active software development projects at once as the founder's direct proxy — coordinating developers and designers across multiple countries, translating business requirements into development tickets, owning delivery timelines end to end, and running client-facing status calls. This is a high-accountability role: you must have personally been the accountable owner of 3+ concurrent software projects, not a coordinator or scrum note-taker. Remote, full-time during U.S. business hours, with native-level spoken and written English.
What you’ll do
- Own delivery for multiple concurrent software projects end to end.
- Coordinate developers and designers across countries and time zones.
- Translate business requirements into clear development tasks and tickets.
- Run client-facing status calls solo and manage scope and expectations.
- Track timelines, unblock the team, and decide tradeoffs under pressure.
What we’re looking for
- Personal accountable ownership of 3+ concurrent software projects.
- Experience coordinating developers and designers across time zones.
- Native-level spoken and written English for client calls.
- Availability full-time during U.S. business hours.
