About this role
We're building our Philippines operation and need the person on the ground to run it — hiring sharp local talent, onboarding them, and keeping our placed professionals performing for U.S. clients. You'll work as a tight extension of our India team, not a standalone country head. Your two biggest priorities: running first-round interviews so only client-ready candidates move forward, and managing placed professionals day-to-day so clients stay happy well past their evaluation period.
What you’ll do
- Run initial screening and first-round interviews before candidates reach the client.
- Onboard new hires, issue offer letters, and run monthly contractor payroll.
- Set up every hire with a computer and reliable internet.
- Manage placed professionals — attendance, performance, engagement.
- Coordinate continuously with the India team and the COO.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on recruiting, HR, or operations experience — ideally BPO, outsourcing, or remote staffing.
- Excellent spoken and written English — you represent F5 to candidates and clients.
- Strong interviewing instincts and sound judgment on client-readiness.
- Comfortable owning HR admin end-to-end: offers, onboarding, payroll, equipment.
- Based in the Philippines with a stable home-office setup.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Philippine contractor and labor practices.
- Experience managing remote teams that serve U.S. clients.
