Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator (Pest Control)

RemoteFull-TimeU.S./Canadian business hours

This role needs real pest control knowledge — you should be able to explain how we handle mice, rats, bed bugs and other common infestations to a worried client — plus prior administrative or project-coordination experience and confident spoken and written English for U.S./Canadian client calls. You must be available full-time during U.S./Canadian business hours. If you have no pest control familiarity, cannot handle live client phone calls in English, or cannot work these hours, this role is not a fit.

Coordinate a U.S./Canadian pest control operation — client scheduling, technician dispatch, inbound client calls, and daily operations.

About this role

You will keep a pest control operation running — scheduling client appointments, dispatching technicians, answering worried homeowners on the phone, following up on jobs, and coordinating daily operations. What you’ll do

  • Schedule client appointments and keep the calendar accurate and current.

  • Answer inbound client and municipal calls, reassuring worried homeowners.
  • Follow up with clients and write clear reports and email updates.
  • Coordinate daily operations across multiple jobs at once.

What we’re looking for

  • Prior administrative assistant or project-coordination experience.
  • Real pest control knowledge — able to explain how common infestations are handled.
  • Confident spoken and written English for live U.S./Canadian client calls.
  • Availability full-time during U.S./Canadian business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with scheduling tools such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, PestPac, or FieldRoutes.
  • French ability for bilingual client calls.
