About this role
You will turn early-stage sketches and markups into complete, coordinated architectural drawing sets that are ready to hand off to structural engineering.
What you’ll do
- Develop full architectural plan sets from rough sketches, redlines, and design intent.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail sheets to a consistent drafting standard.
- Coordinate drawings so they are clean, dimensioned, and ready for structural engineering handoff.
- Incorporate revisions and markups quickly and accurately across the full set.
- Maintain organized file structures, layer standards, and sheet naming conventions.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience producing residential or light-commercial architectural drawing sets.
- Strong command of CAD drafting and architectural documentation standards.
- Ability to read and interpret rough sketches and translate them into precise drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency across a multi-sheet set.
- Reliable overlap with U.S. business hours and clear written English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Revit or BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with U.S. residential building codes and conventions.
- Prior experience working directly with U.S. design teams.
