About this role
This is a full-time, long-term, remote role based in India or the Philippines for an AI video creator who specializes in hyper-realistic human avatars and AI-generated video content. The work centers on producing convincing digital human videos, with natural facial expressions, accurate lip-syncing, lifelike movement and visual consistency, for Amazon product content and other brand marketing initiatives. You will manage the end-to-end production workflow, from the creative brief and asset preparation through AI generation, editing, refinement and final delivery. Day to day you will develop and refine realistic human avatars, minimize AI artifacts and unnatural movements, use AI-powered voice and lip-sync tools, and keep experimenting with tools, models and workflows to improve output quality. You will stay current with developments in AI video generation and synthetic media, and maintain a repeatable production process that delivers consistent, professional results at scale. The primary measure of success is the realism and polish of the final videos, not simply the ability to operate an AI tool. Candidates are evaluated through a portfolio review of work they created themselves, a technical discussion of the tools and workflows they use, and a paid practical skills assessment.
What you’ll do
- Produce AI-generated videos with realistic human avatars for Amazon product content and other brand marketing
- Create hyper-realistic digital humans: faces, skin textures, expressions, eye movements and body gestures
- Deliver accurate lip-sync and natural speech synchronization
- Identify and correct AI-generated visual artifacts and unnatural movements
- Keep each avatar consistent across scenes and clips
- Edit and refine AI-generated content in post-production
- Manage the end-to-end workflow, from creative brief and asset preparation through AI generation, editing, refinement and final delivery
- Use AI-powered voice and lip-sync tools
- Experiment with tools, models and workflows to improve output quality, and stay current with AI video generation and synthetic media
- Maintain a repeatable production process that delivers consistent, professional results at scale
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos with realistic human avatars
- Proficiency with modern AI video generation platforms and workflows
- Hyper-realistic digital human creation (faces, skin textures, expressions, eye movements and body gestures)
- Accurate lip-syncing and natural speech synchronization
- Identifying and correcting AI-generated visual artifacts and unnatural movements
- Video editing and post-production refinement of AI-generated content
- Maintaining avatar consistency across scenes and clips
- A portfolio of AI-generated human-avatar videos you created yourself
- Strong visual judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
Nice to have
- Experience creating AI spokesperson videos, digital presenters or product videos
- AI voice generation and voice cloning (where authorized)
- Traditional video editing and post-production software (for example Premiere Pro or After Effects)
- Prompt engineering for character consistency
- Experience producing content for Amazon, e-commerce brands or digital marketing campaigns
- Comparative evaluation of AI video tools and workflow selection
- Knowledge of synthetic media and emerging digital-human technologies
