About this role
This is a graphic designer role for someone who has adopted AI into their workflow — not an AI generalist. You will take briefs to finished, production-ready pieces with strong hands-on Photoshop and Illustrator, a real eye for composition, typography and color, and hands-on experience refining AI-generated images into polished work. This is a remote, full-time role during full U.S. business hours for candidates based in India or the Philippines.
What you’ll do
- Take briefs to finished, production-ready design pieces.
- Refine AI-generated images into polished work in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Apply strong composition, typography, and color to every piece.
- Produce product graphics, banners, infographics, branding, and listing/A+ content.
- Keep output consistent, on-brand, and production-ready.
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on Adobe Photoshop AND Illustrator.
- A real eye for composition, typography, and color.
- Experience refining AI-generated images into production-ready artwork.
- A portfolio of AI-refined design work.
- Reliable availability during full U.S. business hours and clear written English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with a range of AI image tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Flux, etc.).
- Amazon listing images, A+ Content, and storefront graphics experience.
- Short-form video / motion graphics or AI video tools.
